Terms of use and license

1. What you acquire

A personal, non-transferable license to use SUSSAI – 3D PLC Simulator, for the term of the chosen plan (monthly, semiannual, annual or annual group – prices at sussailab.com.br; 7-day free trial). The software remains the property of Ronaldo Sussai Soares (Brazilian Law No. 9,609/1998). The program is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

2. Activation and term

• The license is activated with the code received and the sign-in to the buyer's Google account.
• The term starts on the activation date. Renewals are added to the remaining term.
• Each license may be used on the number of computers stated at purchase (default: 2). To change computers, contact support.
• Internet is required for activation and periodically to check the license.

3. What is not allowed

• Sharing, reselling or publishing the license code.
• Copying, modifying, decompiling or circumventing the software's protection, or using its code, screens or scenes in another program (plagiarism).
• Using SUSSAI in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties.

Non-compliance may lead to the license being blocked, without refund. SUSSAI is protected by Brazilian Law 9,609/1998 (Software Law): infringing the copyright of a computer program is a crime (art. 12 – detention of 6 months to 2 years or a fine; for commercial purposes, imprisonment of 1 to 4 years and a fine), without prejudice to damages. The program records violation attempts and reports them to the owner (see Privacy policy, item 2.2).

4. Withdrawal and refund

Purchases made online may be canceled within 7 days after receiving the code (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49), with a refund of the amount paid. In that case, the license is blocked.

5. Continuity

Licenses already activated keep working until expiration even if the activation service is discontinued.

6. Educational use

SUSSAI is a simulator for teaching purposes. It does not replace electrical design, risk assessment (NR-12), technical reports or compliance with the standards applicable to real machines and installations. WEG, Clic02, LogixPro and RSLogix are trademarks of their respective owners; SUSSAI is an independent product.

7. Warranty and support

The software is provided for educational use, with e-mail support at contato.sussai@gmail.com. We are not liable for damages resulting from using the simulator in real situations.
