Privacy policy
Last updated: 10/18/2026 · This is a translation; in case of doubt, the Portuguese version prevails.
This policy explains what data SUSSAI – 3D PLC Simulator collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).
1. Who is responsible
Ronaldo Sussai Soares, developer of SUSSAI. Contact: contato.sussai@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- When activating or requesting a license: name (when provided), the e-mail address of the Google account used to sign in, mobile/WhatsApp number and the license code.
- From the computer: only a random identifier generated by SUSSAI itself, used to count on how many computers the license is active. We do not collect files, passwords, location or any other computer data.
- Dates: activation date, expiration date and date of the last license check.
From the Google sign-in we only receive your name and e-mail. We have no access to your password, e-mails, files or contacts.
The circuits, scores and settings you create in the simulator stay only on your computer and are not sent to us.
2.1 Anonymous website statistics
To know whether the website is useful, we record anonymously: visits, clicks on the plan buttons, opening of the purchase form, downloads and clicks on e-mail links. Only a random number generated by your browser (so the same visit is not counted twice), the website you came from (for example, linkedin.com) and whether the device is a phone or a computer are sent along. We do not record name, e-mail, phone, IP address or the content of the form. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking services. This data stays in the controller's spreadsheet and is used only for usage reports.
2.2 Program security (copy protection)
To protect SUSSAI against copying and unauthorized use, the program sends the controller a security alert when it detects a violation attempt: license edited or copied from another computer, program file altered, program opened outside the license loader, repeated attempts to open the developer tools, or the Windows clock set back. The alert contains: the type of event, date and time, the license e-mail (when there is one), the random computer identifier generated by SUSSAI, the program package and version, and the type of system/browser. We do not collect files, passwords, IP address or other computer data. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the software owner in preventing fraud and in the regular exercise of rights (LGPD, art. 7, IX and VI). Alerts stay in the controller's private spreadsheet and may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
3. What we use it for
- Activating, checking, renewing and blocking licenses (for example, in case of refund or misuse).
- Customer service and support.
- Notices about your license (expiration, renewal) and about SUSSAI updates.
- Security: identifying attempts to copy, tamper with or use the program without authorization (item 2.2).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is stored in a private Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace/Google Cloud services), used only as a storage tool. Sign-in is done through the "Sign in with Google" service. Online payments are processed by Mercado Pago: card or Pix details stay with them only; we receive just the payment confirmation, the amount and the buyer's e-mail.
5. How long we keep it
While the license is active and for up to 5 years after it ends, for support, proof of purchase and legal obligations. You may request deletion earlier, subject to these cases.
6. Your rights
You may request, at any time, access to, correction or deletion of, or information about your data, and withdraw consent for notices, by writing to contato.sussai@gmail.com. You can also remove SUSSAI's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
7. Minors
Students under 18 must use SUSSAI with the knowledge of their legal guardian or school, who may make the purchase and activation.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top indicates the version in force.
