Motor starters

Direct-on-line, reversing, star-delta, autotransformer and sequential starters – with timers and thermal overload relay.

Control and power diagrams

Build both diagrams by dragging push buttons, contactors, relays, fuses and pilot lights; the motor turns when the circuit is right.

Interlocks and safety

Seal-in, electrical and mechanical interlocks, emergency stop and colors per IEC 60204-1.

Fault challenges

Burnt contact, loose wire, open coil: the student measures, finds and fixes it – with a 💡 hint.

It comes inside SussaiLab (launcher): when it launches, it shows up unlocked on the programs screen.
